What I do

Change Management

Leading change processes is an art of itself. An art that involves much more than drawing a new organizational map or introducing a new administration system.

What do employees, managers, shareholders, partners, citizens, customers and suppliers think? All these stakeholders relate to the existing organization and will have an opinion on the new organization, it’s that versatile and complex. And what psychodynamic aspects play a role – above and below the waterline? Mixing that complex cocktail of hard and soft interventions, directive leadership or hands-on management, dealing with burning platforms or with long-term operations, action or analysis, it requires specific expertise. We have that expertise and proven it. Anyway, we sign for a final result that works.

‘Chaos often breeds life, while order breeds habit’
– HENRY ADAMS

What I do

Organisational Consulting

Consultancy and management theories usually focus on the visible, the concrete and conscious, the rational. These are undoubtedly very important aspects of organization, but they do not constitute the whole reality.

Because emotions, irrationality and unconscious motives are also part of business reality. Many organizations do not work optimally because insufficient attention is paid to those aspects. Why do we not always get our results? Why have we already had three reorganisations, but does everyone feel that everything remains the same? Why can we make plans very well, but is it so difficult to realize them?

We map the concrete and the elusive, the conscious and unconscious for you with analytical sharpness and healthy purity that provides insight into the sides of your organization that you did not yet know. This diagnosis is a viable foundation for lasting change, performance improvement and greater employee satisfaction.

‘Man stands in his own shadow and wonders why it is dark’

– ZEN PROVERB

What I do

Executive Coaching

You are a professional with a keen eye for others and organizations. And yet you are confronted with this question: Why can we help everyone except ourselves? The answer? Because your growth potential is located in those parts of us that we (yet) can not see.

Man learns to know himself in his relationship to the other, a view of Martin Buber. The other reflects who we really are. But sometimes it’s nice if the other is not a colleague, partner, friend or girlfriend. Distance creates perspective. I can help you to perceive yourself better. Because all you need, all that you want to know, is already present in you.

‘Coen’s presence is surprising. While his personality keeps in the background, the wide intelligence beyond knowledge and mind pours forth through his precise and subtle statements. One cannot evade a certain effect of his sublime persistence for he is obviously grounded in both a personal and non-personal reality’

– C.H.
